New Delhi, Oct 21: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal is all set to face his maiden innings as politician in the upcoming Delhi Assembly election. He seemed to have done his homework perfectly as he reached out to voters in Old Delhi in his door-to-door campaign.
The response from people was good as he approached the voters. He was received with warm welcome, but majority of the people started complaining about electricity bills, water supply and problems with other basic amenities.
"Politicians normally remember people only during the polls, but unlike other parties, we will come to your doorstep from time to time, whether we are in power or not. We will remain in touch with you," Kejriwal told the voters he met in one of the houses at Old Delhi.
Kejriwal, along with AAP's candidates, went door-to-door in Matia Mahal, Ballimaran and Chandni Chowk Assembly constituencies, discussing with people the local problems and the solutions they consider best for their area.
