Driving on wrong side: One injured in truck-car collision

Mangalore, Oct 4: In a case of alleged traffic rule violation on Friday October 4, a truck rammed into a car at Mannagudda here, leaving one person injured.

The accident took place when the truck tried to overtake fromt the wrong side and hit the car.

Eyewitnesses said that both the car and the truck were on the wrong side.

Luckily, though there were people around, no tragedy was reported. The driver of the car escaped with minor injuries.

Traffic police and personnel from Barke police station arrived at the spot.

A case has been registered by east traffic police.
