Panaji, Feb 21: Goa state congress is bracing up for the two-day visit of Congress president Sonia Gandhi in the state on February 22 and February 23.
"Gandhi will address a public rally at gymkhana ground after addressing a rally in Malvan,'' Goa Pradesh Congress Committee president Ravi Naik told reporters on Tuesday.
Campal ground situated in Panaji is expected to have 5,000-odd Congress workers from across the state to attend the rally.
During his stay in Goa, Gandhi will stay at Raj Bhavan. On February 22, she will meet congress legislators during the special dinner hosted in her honour by chief minister Pratapsingh Rane.
Next day, she will address Congress ministers and lay foundation stone for the IT-Habitat which is named after Rajiv Gandhi. From Goa, she will leave for Nasik tour.
