These observations were made by Karnataka Bank Limited chairman Ananthakrishna while addressing the customers at a get-together at the renovated premises of Mangalore-Kankanady Nagori Branch on Monday, February 13.

He said that Karnataka Bank, a tech-savvy and customer-centric institution, had been keeping pace with the emerging changes and challenges in the banking industry. Services rendered in style with good ambience would add to customer delight  and  bring  more and more business to the bank.

Chief general manager P Jayarama Bhat detailed the steps taken by the bank in the field of technology-oriented products and the future plans.

Assistant general manager at Mangalore regional office K G Ramesh Rao welcomed the members. Branch manager Himmat Sarvottam proposed a vote of thanks. Gladys Monteiro compered the programme.
