Mangalore IT Dealers association organises annual meet

Mangalore, Jul 19: The sixth annual general body meeting of Mangalore IT Dealers Association (MITDA) was held on July 14 at the Hotel Deepa Comforts Mangalore.
 
Digisol was the main sponsor. Western Digital and Canon were the co sponsors. Rashi Peripherals, BenQ, Zebronics and Airtel were stall sponsors.

The AGM was attended by 45 members of MITDA. Sujai Monterio vice president MITDA welcomed the members and guests.
 
Anand Rao charter president of FITDAK and Shridhar Ramanna charter secretary of FITDAK also attended as special invitees. IT dealers from Udupi district were also present at the AGM.

The AGM was conducted by the president of MITDA Ketan Chandrana. Melwyn Dias secretary of MITDA read the annual report. The financial report was presented by the treasurer of MITDA  Arun Prabhu.
 
The president addressed the members and thanked them for their support.

The AGM passed the minimum service charges, staff work code and certain amendments of the memorandum of association. All members supported and applauded the amendments. Three new members were felicitated. Anand Rao president FITDAK and Shridhar Ramanna secretary FITDAK informed our members about the formation of FITDAK and how it will benifit the members of District Associations.

Sudhir Shetty executive committtee member deliverd the vote of thanks. An entertainment program followed and was well appreciated by the guests, sponsors, members with their family.

A sumptuous dinner followed the entertainment program.
