M'lore: Mohiuddin Bava honoured at native town

Mangalore, Jun 23: “Amongst all the rewards and honor I got so far, the respect and honor I received at native town is an unforgettable experience which I consider as a blessing and I will serve the people,” said Mangalore North MLA B A Moideen Bava.

He spoke after being honoured by Badriya Jumma Masjid Muslim Jammat and Al Badriya Educational Association.

Al Haj Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, Al Haaj B M Farooq, corporators Tilak Raj Krishnapur, Janaab Ayaz Ahemad, Revathi, Pratima Kulai, Gunakara Shetty, PRithiviraj Shetty, presidents, Gurupur block Congress, Janab S M Rashid Haaji, presidents, S M R Group were the chief guests.

School convenor B A Nazir Luckystar, secretary Abdul Khadar, joint secretary Abdul Hameed, treasurer B A Nasir Luckystar and Badriya Jumma Masjid Muslim Jammat vice president Mohammad Hassan, secretary Ismail Abdul Razak, treasurer Abdul Salam Igga, former presidents K Mohammad, B M Hussain, B K Ahamad, T M Sharif, B Mayyadi, principal Zohara Abbas were present.

Badriya Jumma Masjid Muslim Jammat and Al Badriya Educational Association’s president Haaji B M Mumtaz Ali presided over the programme.

School vice-principal Gunavathi Ramesh welcomed, Sathish proposed vote of thanks. Mohammed Ali NMPT compered the programme.
