Mangalore, Jan 4: The alumni of Jesuit Institution in South - India will hold their Xth Congress in the city on Friday January 6 and Saturday January 7 at St Aloysius College IT Auditorium.

The Congress is being organized and hosted by SACAA, the St Aloysius College Alumni Association, Mangalore.  This is the second time in its 105 years history that SACAA is organizing this event.

Over 300 delegates from all over South India are expected at the Congress, which will focus on Environmental Protection and Water Management.

Aloysian alumni, Justice Michael Saldanha will inaugurate the Congress.  Experts in the field of environment protection and water management will speak at the Congress sessions.  Fr Pradeep Sequeira SJ will deliver the keynote address on the occasion.

Aloysian alumni in Mangalore are requested to register at 9.30 am at the opening of the Congress on Friday January 6.

Curtains will be drawn on the Congress with the Aloysian Reunion - 2006 at 7 pm on Sunday January 8 at the College grounds.

Aloysian Reunion: Aloysian Reunion is an annual meeting around a bonfire that brings together Aloysian Alumni and their families, past and present teachers, parents of students and the Jesuit Community.
