Jerusalem, Mar 1 (IANS): Two people were killed when an explosive device attached to a parking car blew up in central Israel Thursday, Xinhua reported.
The blast occurred in a residential neighbourhood in Rishon Letzion, south of Tel Aviv, the second most populous city in Israel, after capital city of Jerusalem.
Police believed that the incident was criminally motivated and arrested several suspects within hours.
There has been a rise in gang-related murders in Tel Aviv in recent months.
