Deve Gowda campaigns for grandson Nikhil in Channapatna

Channapatna, Nov 6: JDS supremo and former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda campaigned for his grandson Nikhil Kumaraswamy in the Channapatna Assembly by-poll for the development of the constituency.

The 92-year-old leader, who addressed a meeting at Tittamaranahalli Gram Panchayat, highlighted his long-standing commitment to the development of the region and emphasized the importance of electing dedicated leaders like Nikhil to continue the work.

Drawing from his decades of experience, he urged local residents to support Nikhil Kumaraswamy, stressing that his election would ensure a bright future for Channapatna.

JDS is pushing for Nikhil with Union Minister H D Kumaraswamy, father of Nikhil, as well as Revathy, wife of Nikhil, and other BJP leaders campaigning in the Channapatna constituency, which goes to polls on November 13.
