M'lore: Bajrang Dal Urges Detention of Sarwar Chisty for Provocative Speech

Mangalore, Nov 6: Sharan Pumpwell, convener of Bajrang Dal urged detention of Syed Sarwar Chisty Ajmer, the president of ' Ajmer Darga Shareef’ for his anti-national speech at Popular Front of India (PFI) convention ‘Why Popular Front’, which was recently held at Nehru Maidan, here.

Addressing a press meet, Sharan Pumpwell condemned the statement made by Chisty that if Modi becomes Prime Minister of India, then all Muslims will turn into terrorists.

If Hindu leaders like Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat speak during Hindu Samojostava it becomes an inflammatory speech and the so called rationalists protest and even file case in the High Court. But now why do these intellects keep quiet, he questioned.

He said that PFI is a nation betrayal organization; the speech of Chisthi is inflammatory and blasphemous provoking communal violence in the society. He urged the police to take action and detain the programme organizers, members of PFI.

A case has been filed by Sunil Pumpwell under IPC section 153(A) and 153(B) in Pandeshwar police station.

    I fully agree with Vivek, Mangalore. It is absolutely rediculous. This type of statements in public do not suit his personality. It is just like Narendra Modi or Varun Gandhi talking about communal harmony.

    2. MAJORITIES SPEAKING AGAINST MINORITIES ARE COMMUNAL.

    3. THAT IS THE REASON ITALIAN LED CONGRESS IS BRANDED A SECULAR & BJP IS A COMMUNAL.

    4. IF KHISTY TELLS ANYTHING NO ACTION SINCE ITALIAN LED CONGRESS LOOSES VOTE BANK.

    5. ITALIAN LED CONGRESS IS A CANCER FOR INDIA.

    Patriotism or nationalism is not registered trademark of particular organization.KPB's speech more inflammatory rather than Chisti's which is political in nature.First need to ban more aggressive communal outfits and then Chisti's issue is a subject for debate.

    Will be interesting to see how many liberal and rationalists will come forward in protest of such an inflammatory speech. From what have been observed over the past few years, these self appointed liberals only protest when somebody from majority community makes such a speech. It is unfortunate that these people turn their blind eyes when such anti national acts are carried out in braod day light. Some people show their social sensitivity and care only when it suits them. Populist Hypocrites.

    I condemn those who speak against our motherland and also the attacks on its ive citizens.
    In the name of religion & patriotism these RSS agents have looted the our wealth through tax evasion, sucking the blood of rural poor, as their middlemen, collecting donations in the name of Lord Ram, exploiting temples and Hindu emotion with derogatory anti-Muslim slogans, intentionally creating disharmony near the place of worship and during their festivals, creating an atmosphere, to boycott-Muslims and not allowing inclusive growth for the Muslims, still these RSS agents and their allied parties escape from any action by the authority, majority medias, the constitution of India and the law of the land.
    A decade or two after independent, we started feeling that the Muslim youth are creating anti-social terrors and taking law into their hands. This is YOUR creation, you have poisoned the minds of the majority Hindus and pushed the Muslims to the walls and these youth realised that they have nothing to fear.
    After the demolition of Babri Masjid by the RSS agents to correct the past history, that was very wrong and after that the Muslim youth slowly started turning into radicals, fundamentalists, they started sporting beard, wearing hijab/Burkha, defying the rules because YOU have created fear in them. When animals are cornered, the fear in them will bring the animal instinct them that the God has put as their ultimate defence mechanism that you or I cannot change.
    Please keep in mind that if YOU push them more and more towards the wall, they will defy your biased social order, defy your suppressing attitude with more and more violence and enhance already existing law of the jungle.

    All forms of communal hatred speeches are to be condemned whether Sarwar or Bhat, but sharan Pumpwell has no moral standing to urge action against others as he himself is involved in worse communal strife.
