Mangalore, Aug 24: The Sisters of Cloistered Carmel will celebrate the feast of Blessed Mary of Jesus Crucified (Mariam Bowardy) on Saturday August 25. The concelebrated eucharistic liturgy will be held at 5.30 pm.

Blessed Mariam Bowardy lived in Mangalore for two years from 1870-1872. Through her intercession many students and other devotees have received the favours asked.

Every wednesday at 5.30 pm, the novena is held in honour of BL Mariam Bowardy.

All are cordially invited to participate in the celebration along with family and friends.
