Mangalore: Landslip Affects Vehicular Movement in Nanthoor

Mangalore, Jul 5: The NH 66 was cut off for a while following a landslip on Nanthoor-Pumpwell highway here on Thursday June 05 morning.

Vehicular movement between Nantoor and Pumpwell was affected badly, however, no casualties were reported.

The landslip, which occured due to rains, caused uprooting of trees.

Efforts on by to clear the fallen trees and restore normal traffic.

    Most of the hills are all lose soil.So to widen the road while cutting hills should very careful.Now a days builders buy hills at cheap rate to construct's flats & and buyers of this area flats must careful.
