Udupi, Apr 24: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Hindu Jagarana Vedike staged a protest march in Udupi on Wednesday, April 24 condemning the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir.
The rally began at Jodukatte and culminated at the Udupi service bus stand. Sri Arunanandatheertha Swamiji from Nipani, Belagavi, also took part in the protest.







Speaking to the media, protest organiser Dinesh said, “The Pahalgam terror attack is a tragedy for every Indian. Those who lost their lives are like family to the Hindu community. In earlier times, the army would have responded by eliminating twice the number of terrorists. This protest must send a strong message to the central government to take immediate and decisive action.”
Protesters raised slogans demanding justice for the victims and stronger action against terrorism. They urged the government to reinforce national security and ensure the safety of citizens. Several committee members, local leaders, and members of the public participated in the protest.
