Kasargod, Apr 11: In a bizarre and almost cinematic incident, a hawk swooped down and snatched a student's hall ticket just moments before the start of a government departmental examination at a government higher primary school in Kasargod, Kerala.

The strange event unfolded just before the scheduled 7:30 am exam, leaving both candidates and onlookers stunned. As students assembled for the test, one of them, who had arrived early along with nearly 300 others, suddenly found their hall ticket being seized by a hawk that flew in out of nowhere.

The bird then perched calmly on the edge of a window on the upper floor of the school building, holding the hall ticket firmly in its beak and surveying the crowd below. Despite the commotion and a gathering of surprised spectators, the hawk showed no signs of alarm and sat there for several minutes before finally dropping the hall ticket.

The incident, which was captured on video, has since gone viral on social media, with many viewers expressing amazement at the strange turn of events.

Fortunately, school authorities ensured that the affected student was able to appear for the exam without further trouble, putting an end to the unexpected drama.
