How sad .They should have taken the baby before it got choked.May be baby got the drank milk or water choked went to lungs statt stomach? Many times it happens .Have to hold baby upside down so that it comes out .First of all one should take care soon after feeding put on shoulder so that baby gets the air out during feeding .Heartfelt sympathies to parents.Hope they will find out what was the reason.
