Beltangady, Feb 5: The mysterious incidents that created a stir at the house of Umesh Shetty in Kolpedabailu of Madanthyar two days ago have now been completely resolved, according to the family members.

Following the unusual occurrences, the family had vacated the house. However, they returned home on Saturday afternoon for a brief period before leaving again to stay with relatives in the evening.

The family had earlier reported bizarre incidents such as clothes catching fire, utensils falling unexpectedly, and an eerie sense of movement in the house. However, they now confirm that all these disturbances have ceased. "These issues were caused due to our house deity's displeasure. We performed the necessary rituals on February 8, and since then, there have been no problems. Everything is normal now," they stated.

Lost gold found

Earlier, the family had claimed that gold kept in a locked cupboard had gone missing. However, it has now been found behind a deity's photograph inside the house.

Hulikal Nagaraju, who was supposed to visit on Sunday, was informed by the family that his visit was no longer required. However, it remains unclear whether he will still come or not.

Interestingly, when people gathered at the house after hearing about the incidents, no unusual occurrences took place, making the entire situation even more puzzling. This has sparked curiosity and speculation about the authenticity of the strange events.
