Mangaluru: St Aloysius Gonzaga School celebrates 76th Republic Day with patriotism

Mangaluru, Jan 28: St Aloysius Gonzaga School celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great fervour and patriotism on January 26. The principal, Father Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ, hoisted the national flag in the school premises and addressed the gathering.

In his speech, he reminded the students of their responsibility to uphold the key values enshrined in the Constitution in their daily lives. Lt Col Jagadish from the Indian Army graced the occasion as the chief guest.

He inspired the students to set clear goals and work diligently to achieve them, emphasizing that there are no shortcuts to success. The celebration included a vibrant cultural program performed by the students.

A special video highlighting the activities conducted during math week was showcased. Prizes were distributed to the winners of Suduko. The event was coordinated by Jisha Thomas, Deepthi Karkada, Rashmi and Sushma.
