Puttur: Car-bike collision injures motorcyclist

Puttur, Nov 13: A collision between a bike and a car occurred at Kambalabettu in Puttur taluk.

The incident unfolded when a bike, emerging from an inner road onto the main road, was struck by a car. In an attempt to avoid hitting the bike, the car driver lost control, hitting the bike and then crashing into another parked bike before overturning onto a roadside embankment.

The bike rider, identified as Yatheesh, sustained injuries and was admitted to Puttur hospital. Remarkably, the car driver, Sanan, escaped unhurt despite the severity of the crash.
