Puttur, Sep 6: 'Philo Desserts - Taste, Sip, enjoy!' was a resounding success at St Philomena PU College, Puttur, organized by the department of commerce on September 6. The event was graced by the president, Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta, principal, St Philomena PU College, Puttur encouraged students to participate in all events and emphasized the importance of food and cooking.

The chief guest, Prajwal Albert D'Souza, proprietor of GAIA Cafe, Puttur, highlighted the significance of food prepared with love, quality, and quantity. He shared valuable insights on the ups and downs of business and advised students to prioritize themselves and their families.

The occasion was further enriched by a vibrant showcase of cultural programmes, expertly organized by the students of the college. The event also featured an exhibition and sale of delectable food products, lovingly prepared by the students themselves. This delightful display of culinary skills and creativity added a mouth-watering dimension to the celebrations, making it a truly an unforgettable experience.

Govinda Prakash from the department of computer science welcomed the gathering. Philomena Monteiro from the department of commerce proposed the vote of thanks. Dhanvin (II SEBA B) compered the programme.
