Bhatkal, Nov 6: A dead body was found near Venkatapura bridge here on Sunday November 6.
The partially decomposed body is yet to be identified.
The police recovered a sum of 30 rupees from his pocket. They found a tag on his shirt with Aditya Tailor Dharwad written on it.
The body has been shifted to Shirali government hospital.
Investigations are on to find out the identity of the dead man and the cause of his death.
