Mangaluru, Jul 15: Carmel English Medium Higher Primary School Kotekar (CBSE) hosted a delightful self-introduction competition for its kindergarten students on July 12.
The event aimed to encourage self-expression, confidence building and public speaking skills among the young learners.
With great enthusiasm children took the stage to introduce themselves, sharing their name, age, hobbies, family members and future aspirations. The diverse responses showcased their unique personalities and creativity, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
The event was graced by the presence of KG coordinator, Sr Fidele A C, who had worked tirelessly to organize the competition. Sr Pramila D'Souza AC principal of Carmel School also attended the event, beaming with pride at the talented young students. The KG teachers, who had meticulously guided and prepared the children for this event, were also present and played a vital role in conducting the competition.
A panel of judges, comprising Shalet Goveas and Disha DSouza, evaluated the participants based on clarity, confidence, content and overall presentation. The children's performance received thunderous applause and appreciation from their teachers and peers.
