Dubai, Oct 31: Swara Bhraamari, a popular social media platform for the singers which operates from Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Beltangady and Dubai, recently conducted a successful onstage event in Dubai SNG Hall. Swara Bhraamari’s Dubai admin Yuvaraj Devadiga and Prathima Yuvaraj presented the event where an audio and video of “Savadaanadindiru Manave” was launched, which is a famous Dasara Pada. The music is composed and sung by Yuvaraj himself while students of Samskriti dance school have danced under the guidance of Shashirekha.
Guests of the event Dinesh Chandrashekar Devadiga, Hareesh Bangera, Shashidhar Nagarajappa, Daya Kirodean, Manohar Hegde, Jayanth Shetty, Noel Almeida, Sugand Raj Bekal, Malliikarjuna Gowda, Vishwanth Shetty, Nagaraja rao, Shrikanth Baindoor, Mamatha Senthil, Megashettar and supporters of Yuvaraj, Suresh Shetty, Mahesh Attavara, Ashok Anchan, Yash Karkera, Prathap Shetty, Anand P, Amar Nanthoor, Manoj Kulla, Chetan Gowda, and Chandra Gowda did the honours of the audio video release.
On this occasion, a singing competition for the kids was arranged. More than 25 kids participated in two different categories. The tight and tough competition was ably judged by renowned singers Vidhushi Suma Narayan, Vidhushi Madura Vishwanath and Rajnesh Amin.
Mahadhyuth Kaushik bagged first prize in junior division, Anirudh Rao second prize, Aradhana Bhat third prize and Arya Aithal and Dhyan Ganesh got consolation prizes. in Senior division, Lavleena Sandeep bagged first prize, Sannidi Shetty second, Shanal Lobo third prize, Shanon Ruth Vas and Dhruv Baliga won consolation prizes.
UAE’s popular Kannada Anchor Arathi Adiga was felicitated on the event, for her selfless work towards Kannada over the decade in UAE. Felicitation was done by Yuvaraj, Prathima Yuvaraj, Soumya Suresh, Yashoda Mahesh, Divya Prathap, and Vinutha Anand and Diana Yash.
Audience enjoyed skillful cinematic dance performance by students of Golden Star Music and fine arts institute and a classical dance performance by Samskruti Dance Academy. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Yuvraj.
