Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School to organize Educational Trip to United Kingdom

Mangaluru, Oct 15: A new perspective of the world, for the students of Lourdes Central School (LCS), opening their eyes to unimagined possibilities. Lourdes Central School continues to be the forerunner amongst all educational institutions in Mangaluru in its unceasing adventures.

A team of students accompanied by the school principal Fr Robert D'Souza and the vice principal Belita Mascarenhas will be embarking on an educational trip to the United Kingdom from October 15 to 24. 

During their trip, they will visit the Hyde Park, the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, River Thames, the Buckingham Palace, British Museum, Madame Tussauds, London Eye, Lords Cricket stadium, Manchester, Thames River cruise ride, Windsor Castle, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon Photo stop at Shakespeare, city tour of Liverpool, Birmingham, Bicester Village, there will be interactive sessions with the students of collaborating schools in the UK.

This is their third venture after their successful trip to NASA - USA in 2017 and Japan in 2019. It gives a global dimension and International exposure to the curriculum at Lourdes Central School.

This international exposure adds a new feather in the cap of Lourdes Central School. This trip is organized with the help of ‘Travel Space’, Mangaluru and Preetham Namdev and Nayan as guides.
