Beltangady: Holy Redeemer School celebrates Colours’ Day

Media Release

Beltangady, Oct 13: The tiny tots of the kindergarten of Holy Redeemer School turned all bright and colourful today as they observed Colours’ Day.

Little students were amused to see themselves in various collared dresses and to learn the colours. The day began with a prayer song sung by the children and continued with various activities, which included singing rhymes and jingles on colours, colour identification games and recreational activities. Story telling competition was held to instill in the children the ability to develop courage and face the audience. The day concluded by disturbing colourful lollipops and candies to the children.

Headmaster Fr Clifford Pinto and assistant headmistress Blendin Rodrigues wished the children well and blessed them.

Teachers Shanthi Pereira, Akhida Banu and Sandhya organised the event.
