Mangaluru: Srinivasa University holds orientation programme for MBBS students

Mangaluru, Oct 12: Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre organised an orientation programme for MBBS students on October 11 at Mukka campus.

Pro-chancellor of Srinivasa University Dr A Srinivas Rao said that serving people through the medical field is a virtuous act. Today, science is at the forefront, and he wished the students well in their future educational institutions.

Chancellor of Srinivasa University Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao inaugurated the programme, presided over it, and spoke about the commitment that medical students should have when it comes to social service. He said that the Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre is committed to nurturing the next generation of doctors and physicians.

Srinivasa University board of governor member A Vijayalakshmi R Rao and Prof A Mitra S Rao wished the students a fruitful future.

Srinivas University register Dr Anil Kumar, Srinivas University development register Dr Ajay Kumar were present. Udaya Kumar, dean of the Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre welcomed, and Dr David M Rosario, Srinivas Hospital medical superintendent delivered the vote of thanks.
