Mangaluru, Jul 31: Mangala College of Allied Sciences and Jeevaraksha trust held a workshop on basic life support from July 25 to 28.

The seminar was held at the college auditorium under the leadership of Dr Pranup of A J Institute. Dr Sathish Kumar N S, Dr Ashok, Dr Mamatha from Kanachur Medical Institute of Medical College, Dr Punith, Dr Chandralekha, Dane Chandi and Dr Sridhar Avabratha of Father Muller's Medical College, Manjula, Shilpa from Laxmi memorial nursing college,Pooja, Sunita from New Mangala college of nursing, Sofia Crasta and Dr Akhil Rao from Srinivas medical college and Dr Ausha from K S Hegde medical college took part.

More than 160 students took part in the workshop. Mangala Group of Institute founder president Dr Ganapathi P, Anita G Bhat and dean Prof Prathijna Suhasini G R directed the seminar.

Organizing committee members and Prof Padmashree, Grahita and Sangeeta conducted the seminar.
