Mangaluru: Srinivas College of Pharmacy to hold national conference on Apr 25-26

Mangaluru, Apr 24: Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D K District Local Branch, Mangaluru organizing 5th National conference on 'Innovative Practices in Clinical Training & Patient Safety' at Valachil campus, on April 25 and 26.

Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, president, A. Shama Rao Foundation, Mangaluru chancellor, Srinivas University, will preside over the inaugural function on April 25.

T P Sujith, deputy drugs controller,  government of Karnataka, Mangalore will be the chief guest.

Raj Vaidya, E.C Member, Community Pharmacy Section of International Pharmaceutical Federation, Netherlands will deliver key note address.

Other guests of honour include Dr A. Srinivas Rao, vice president, A Shama Rao Foundation, pro chancellor, Srinivas University, Mangaluru, Udaykishore P, assistant drugs controller, Mangaluru and B N Babu, assistant drugs controller Mangaluru.

Eminent speakers in the plenary session Dr Ashok K Shenoy, Dr Animesh Jain, Dr Anitha Sequeira, Dr Aravind P & Dr Sharath Kumar K are expected to deliberate in the proceedings.

Dr A R Shabaraya principal and director, Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Valachil, Mangaluru, president, IPA, local branch, Mangaluru, convener and organizing secretary of the conference has detailed the schedule. Delegates are expected to present original research scientific papers in oral /poster sessions of the conference.
