Brahmavar: Kindergarten Graduation Day held at SMS English Medium School

Brahmavar, Apr 5: SMS English Medium School conducted its kindergarten Graduation Day on March 25.

The smart and tiny tots of UKG dressed in graduation robes and caps marched in a row along with the chief guest Sudha Rao, retired principal of Vidyodaya Public School, school correspondent Fr M C Mathai, general secretary Alan Rohan Vaz, school secretary Louis Fernandes, school principal Abhilasha S and section head, Linet Furtado.

The programme began with an invocation by the UKG children followed by welcome note by principal Abhilasha S Sudha Rao, the chief guest of the programme, in her graduation address complimented the young graduates on their achievements and stressed on the importance of parenting and highlighted on the significance of spending quality time with children.

The school correspondent Fr M C Mathai spoke about the role of parents in helping children bloom and grow. He blessed all the graduates. The tiny tots of UKG were felicitated with certificate of graduation by the dignitaries. A few students of UKG expressed their gratitude towards school and the teachers.

The tiny tots of LKG entertained the audience with their song and dance. The programme concluded with vote of thanks by Linet Furtado, the section head of kindergarten section and the entire programme was compered by Prema D’Souza.
