Udupi: Locals Rescue Deer Trapped in Open Well

Udupi, May 8: The locals of Kunjal near Brahmavar here rescued a deer that fell in an open well located here.

The open well is situated at the farmland of Chandrayya Acharya. The locals – Praveen from Handady village, Satish and Pandu from Kunjal village, PSI Hosakerappa, Kunjal gram panchayat vice-president Raju Kulal, Narayan Naik and others were involved in the rescue operation. 

The deer was unscathed.
