Mangaluru, Sep 30: The Neralakatte Freedom Community hall at Vittal, allegedly becoming the centre of unscrupulous activities, has been seized and sealed down by the orders of the deputy commissioner.
It is said that training for illegal activities was provided in the hall.
The revenue officers of Vittal village office have carried out the orders amid police security.

Mangaluru, Sep 30: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) raided Freedom Community Hall at Mittur in Bantwal taluk on Friday September 30, suspecting training of Popular Front of India (PFI) workers and arrested Ayub Agnadi, one of the trustees. Another trustee, Masood Agnadi is absconding.
It seems that the PFI has strong roots in Dakshina Kannada district. It is suspected that training was given at isolated places in Bantwal, Puttur and Sullia to the PFI workers to carry out terror activities.
It is suspected that many youths were trained Freedom Community Hall at Mittur. This hall started in 2007 in the name of trust. Thousands of youths are trained here since the beginning. Those involved in KG Halli and DJ Halli were also trained here.
In the background of all these suspicions, the NIA raided the hall and arrested Ayub Agnadi, one of the trustees. Search is on for absconding trustee Masood Agnadi. The NIA instructed to seize the hall immediately.
