Kasargod, Apr 25: Kevin Misquith & Milestone band performed their 13th music concert to a Jam-packed audience at Kayyar Church grounds here on Easter Sunday.

People from not only from kayyar but people even neighbouring parishes like Bela, Kumbla and others also came in large numbers. The show from the team was a rocking experiencing for the crowd has it was one of the very rare kind of Konkani music nites in the area.

Kevin Misquith & Milestone band after performing for several concerts in the past few months across Mangalore and Udupi, yet again rocked the crowd at Kayyar with their performance which was enjoyed by the audience to the core.

CKYM Kayyar had organized the event on the occasion of Easter celebrations, deanery vicar Vincent D'Souza of Kasargod deanery was the chief guest, parish priest Anil D'Souza was the president  while  Naveen D'Souza was the chief guest, parish council vice-president Pius D’souza and secretary Raj D'Souza and Sr Severine were also present on the dias.

CKYM president Jeevan D’Souza welcomed the gathering. People who had served the parish has gurkars during the previous terms were honoured during the stage programme. Kevin Misquith was also felicitated by the parish priest. Sandeep D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks.

Later Kevin Misquith with his team of young and prolific performers performed their music concert. Kevin's superhit numbers like Mhoeja Anja, Kenna Kenna,, Hee Jeenn, Kalza Thar, Yo Moga, Kaliz Bullam and others were performed. Singers like Royston Pinto, Robin Sequeria , Carol Monterio , Ashwin Sequeria  and Kevin. While Jackson Noronha, Patson Pereira, Rikith Soans and Ashwin scored the background music.  Alwyn Pernal, Arun Pernal and Melwyn pernal of the Bindaas Pernal fame performed the jokes, young dancers of Milestone team accompanied during the performances.

Alwyn Danthi Pernal and Kevin Misquith compered the programme.
