Puttur, Sep 20: Students of St Philomena PU College added one more feather of success by securing second prize in the Inter-School Science Model-Making Competition 'ENGICONNECT' held at National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, Mangaluru on September 17. Students were awarded with mementos and a cash prize of Rs 3000.
Sumana K, depaartment of Kannada and Rohit Kumar T, department of Physics and Bharath G Pai, department of Statistics guided the students.
The correspondent, Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas, the campus director of St Philomena Institutions, Fr Stany Pinto, the principal, Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta and the staff members congratulated the following students:
