Recipes - Spinach and Fenugreek Leaves Pakoda

Ingredients:
1 bowl spinach (chopped)
¼ cup fenugreek leaves (chopped)
¾ cup chickpea flour
¼ cup rice flour
Pinch of turmeric powder
½ tsp. ajwain
1 green chilly (minced)
¼ " ginger (minced)
1 tbsp. curd
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl, mix chickpea flour and rice flour. Add the chopped leaves, turmeric powder, ajwain, green chilly, ginger and curd. Add little water to get the right consistency of the batter.
Heat oil and fry pakodas until crispy. Serve with any chuttney or sauce.
