Recipes - Butter Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:
½ Kg. prawns (shelled and de veined)
¼ cup garlic (finely minced)
½ “ ginger (minced)
2-3 green chillies (minced)
¼ tsp. freshly crushed pepper
Few chopped coriander leaves
Few chopped spring onions
1 tbsp. oil
2-3 tbsp. butter
Salt as per taste.
Method:
Heat a pan with oil and butter. Add minced garlic. Saute until light browm. Add ginger and green chillies. Saute for a minute. Add spring onions and coriander leaves. Lastly add prawns and salt. Saute until prawns are tender. Do not over cook. Sprinkle freshly crushed pepper. Could drizzle some more butter on the top. (optional)
Serve as a starter or side dish.
