Recipes - Schezwan Rice
Ingredients:
1 bowl of cooked basmati rice
1/2 " ginger
3 flakes garlic
1 tsp. soya sauce
3 tsp. tomato sauce
2 tbsp.oil
1tsp. vinegar
1 ½ cup mixed veggies (fresh or frozen green peas/ cabbage/beans/capsicum)
2 tbsp. spring onion ( finely chopped)
Salt as per taste
To crush coarsely
2 kashmiri chillies
1/4 " ginger
3 flakes garlic
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic. Saute until light brown. Add the vegetables. Add crushed chilly, ginger and garlic paste. Mix well and cook until veggies turn soft. Add cooked rice, sauces and salt. Mix gently. Sprinkle spring onions and serve with any chinese side dish.
