Ingredients:
1 cup grated coconut
10-12 short red chillies
3/4 cup prawns(shelled and de veined)
1 cup raddish (cubed)
½ tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. coriander
1 small onion (sliced)
2-3 seeds tamarind
2 green chillies (slit)
2 tbsp. coconut oil
Salt as per taste
Method:
Grind coconut along with turmeric, chillies, coriander n tamarind into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pot. Add onions and sauté until pink. Add green chillies and sauté for few more minutes. Add raddish along with little water and cook until done. Add Prawns and cook for few mintues. Now Add masala paste. Add masala water and adjust the consistency to medium thick. Add salt and bring to a boil.
Serve with steamed rice.
