Recipes - Green Peas Kebab
Ingredients:
1 cup green peas ( fresh/ frozen)
1 onion ( minced)
¼ tsp. ginger garlic paste
½ tsp. green chilli paste
1 small patato (grated)
1 tbsp. corn flour
2-3 tbsp. oil.
Salt as per taste
Method:
Cook green peas in enough water until soft. Once cooled mash or grind coarsely and set aside.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp. oil. Saute onion until light pink. Add ginger garlic paste, chilly paste and sauté for some time. Add mashed green peas and fry for some time. Add potato and salt. Allow it to cool. Add corn flour. Mix well and make small kebabs. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until light golden in colour. Serve with mayo-tomato sauce. (For Mayo- tomato sauce mix equal amount of mayonnaise and tomato sauce)
