Recipes - Veg. Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 cup mushrooms (cubed)
1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, beans, potato)
2 tbsp. garlic (finely minced)
2 tbsp. parsley (finely chopped)
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
1-2 tsp. pepper powder
1 ½ cup milk
2 tbsp. maida (all purpose flour)
2-3 tbsp. grated cheese
Salt as per taste.
Method:
Heat oil and butter in a pan, add garlic and sauté, then add mushrooms and parsley and sauté for 2 mts.. Later add all the vegetables along with milk and little water if reqd. Add salt and pepper powder. Cook the vegetables until done. Mix maida in little water/ milk and mix this mixture into the gravy. Once gravy thickens add grated cheese and serve hot with cooked pasta/ noodles or pulav of your choice.
