Recipes - Stuffed Mushroom
Ingredients:
10-12 medium mushrooms
5-6 flakes garlic
2 tbsp. spring onions
1 tsp. pepper powder
1 cube cheese
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. butter
Method:
Wash and clean the mushrooms. Remove the stem and chop them finely. Heat oil and sauté garlic, spring onions and stems. Add cheese, pepper powder and bread crumbs. Saute until cheese melts. Stuff this mixture in the hollow stem area of the mushrooms. Grease a pan with butter and heat. Place the mushrooms and cover n simmer until cooked or bake in the pre heated oven on moderate heat for 15 mts.
Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice.
