Recipes - Stuffed Squid Fry

Ingredients:

8 -10 medium squids
1 tsp. soya sauce
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. pepper powder
1 small onion ( finely chopped)
1 small potato ( grated)
½ cup cabbage (finely chopped)
1 stem spring onion (finely chopped)
3-4 mushrooms ( finely minced)
6-8 garlic flakes ( finely minced)
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
3-4 tbsp. oil
Salt as per taste
Few tooth picks

Method:

Clean , wash and drain the squids. Add soya sauce, little salt and turmeric powder and set them aside for 30 mts.

Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion . Add all the chopped. Add salt, pepper powder and sauté
until the veggies are crispy. Stuff this mixture g inside the squid pockets and secure them with tooth picks. Dip each stuffed squid in beaten egg and then roll over bread crumbs.

Heat a pan with oil and shallow fry the squids for 3 mts. Serve with sauce of your choice.
