Recipes - Chicken-Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

½ cup boneless chicken cubes (cooked)
½ cup pasta (cooked)
1 cup vebetables (carrots/ beans/ capsicum)
2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1 cucumber (cubed)
1 onion (sliced)
1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. pepper powder
Salt as per taste

Method:

In boiling water cook vegetables for few minutes and strain. Spread sliced onion over the warm veggies. Once cooled add cucumber cubes, cooked chicken, eggs and pasta. Toss well. Add mayonnaise and pepper powder along with salt. Mix well and chill it before serving.

    Egg whites get separated from yolks when tossed with rest of the ingredients!!
