Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
2 tbsp. ragi powder
1 tsp ghee
Salt as per taste
Little luke warm water
Little grated coconut
Method:
Mix rice flour, ragi flour and salt. Add warm water spoon by spoon and mix well into a thick consistency. Fill a hand press with dough and press ediappams over banana leaf or greased idli moulds, sprinkling little coconut. Steam in a tondoor or staming pot for 10 minutes. Serve hot with chicken or veg. stew.
