Recipes - Raw Mango Panna

Ingredients:
1 raw mango
Few ice cubes
½ tsp. roasted cumin powder/jeera powder
½ “ ginger
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. honey
½ tsp. black salt (kala namak)
½ tsp. ajwain
Method:
Smoke the raw mango on direct flame until soft. ( Keep the mango on gas flame- keep rotating). Once done, soak in water and peel the skin. Remove the pulp and puree the pulp along with ginger. In a jar, add ice cubes, mango puree and little water. Add sugar, honey, cumin powder and mix well.
Roast Ajwain and powder it coarsely. Add this to the panna along with black salt. Mix well and serve it chilled.
