Recipes - Ragi Juice
Ingredients:
¼ cup whole ragi
50-75 gms. jaggery
2-3 cardamoms
4 cups water
Method:
Wash and soak ragi in water for 2 -3 hours. Later grind along with little water and cardamom. Strain it twice. Add grated jaggery and mix well. Add remaining water to make a thin consistency. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
