Recipes - French Beans with Potatoes

Ingredients:
½ kg. beans ( finely chopped)
3 green chillies (slit lengthwise)
2 medium onions (sliced)
1 big potato ( peeled and cubed )
1 tsp. turmeric powder
2 tbsp. coriander powder
2-3 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onions and green chillies. Fry well until green chillies turn light green. Now add the small cubed potatoes and fry well. Gradually add the beans. Keep stirring until the beans are well fried to a light green color. When done add the turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Stir fry for some more time. Add a few drops of water and simmer on low fire till the veggies are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with hot rotis.
