Recipes - Corn & Pomegranate Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen sweet corn
1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds.
1 cup watermelon pieces (small cubes)
3 tbsp. grated coconut
½ tsp. white pepper powder
½ tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lime juice
Salt as per taste.
Method:
Cook the corn in water adding little salt until soft & tender. Strain and set aside to cool. In a bowl add corn, pomegranate and water melon and mix well. Now add pepper, sugar, lime juice and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Lastly add grated coconut and toss the salad.
