Recipes - Wheat Laddoo

Ingredients:
1 cup ghee
2 ½ cups wheat flour
1 ½ cups sugar
5-6 cardamoms (powdered)
Few fried cashew nuts, raisins (optional)
Method:
Heat a non stick pan. Add the wheat flour and ghee and fry until it turns slightly brown. Close the fire. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Add nuts (optional). Mix well. When the mixture is bit warm make laddoo. Add ghee if required to form the laddoo.
Note: Adjust sugar as per your taste.
