Recipes - Coriander Leaves Gojju/Chutney
Ingredients:
I cup chopped coriander leaves
1 spoon grated coconut
1 small green chilly
1 short red chilly
Pea nut size-tamarind
¾ ” jaggery (crushed/scrapped)
Salt as per taste
Seasoning:
1 tbsp. coconut oil / veg. oil
¼ tsp. mustard
Method:
Coarsely grind coriander leaves along with scrapped coconut, chilies, tamarind, jaggery adding salt as per taste and set aside. Heat oil and splutter mustard. Pour this hot seasoning over the coriander gojju/chutney and mix well.
Serve with steamed rice, rotis or spread over bread slices to make healthy sandwiches.
