Recipes - Squid Chilly Dry

Ingredients:
500 gms cleaned squid (cut into strips)
1 tsp bafat powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp soya sauce
5-6 green chillies
Small piece ginger
1 medium onion
2 tbsp oil
Salt as per taste
Method:
Marinate squid with bafat powder, vinegar, soya sauce for about ten minutes. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the squids, when half done, add chopped onion, ginger and green chillies. Add salt and cook until done. Add
lime juice and serve hot.
