Recipes - Lime Appetizer

Ingredients:
Juice of 2 limes
½ tsp. black salt (powdered)
8 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. roasted cumin (powdered)
½ ”ginger
3- 4 mint leaves
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves.
4 glasses of chilled water
To Garnish: Few chopped mint leaves.
Method:
Blend ginger, cumin powder, sugar, salt, mint & coriander leaves along with lime juice in a blender. Mix chilled water. Strain the appetizer just before serving. Serve garnished with chopped mint leaves.
Editor’s note: You may adjust limejuice, salt & sugar according to your taste.
